All items will be wrapped in a tissue paper and packaged in a sturdy brown kraft box. We will also cover the box with bubble wrap to ensure that it is protected during delivery.

Yes, you will be able to leave your message up to 30 words in the “Gift Message” field when you checkout. We will provide a complimentary greeting card.

No, currently, we only ship within Malaysia.

Delivery for West Malaysia will take around 5-7 business days from the time of order and East Malaysia will take around 6-10 business days. Please plan your purchases ahead of time.

We have a standard size guide that you can follow. Do take note that babies grow at different rates though.

All items have a bit of stretch to them. Be gentle when stretching them so that the shape is not distorted.

As babies usually learn to walk around this age, we do not recommend shoes in this size as they do not come with an anti-slip base.

A greeting card contains your message to the recipient of your gift. We provide a standard greeting card for free should you require one.

A gift card on the other hand, is something like a cash voucher which you can purchase as a gift. The recipient of a gift card would be able to use it to offset the balance of their order total.

No, your recipient will receive an email containing a digital card with a coupon code to be used at checkout.

A gift card is valid for one year from the date it was issued. The expiry date will be provided in the email sent to the recipient. The gift card will not be available for use after the expiry date.

The recipient of a gift card can purchase any item sold at mylittlekawan.com. However, it cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon code or ongoing sales. It also cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards. If the amount of the item purchased is less than the value of the gift card, the balance will not be refunded.
