We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete or current. Information provided on this Site is for educational and informational purposes only. The information contained here is offered without any warranty and it is not liable for its accuracy, mistakes, or for any damage caused by user’s reliance on information obtained from the Site. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.
Modifications to prices and services
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Products
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on this Site. We cannot guarantee that the colour of the product you receive will match the colour displayed on your computer monitor or mobile devices. Please be aware that if the colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are for single use only and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the amount of the item is less than the amount of the gift card, the balance will not be refunded. A gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon code or ongoing sales. It cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards. It is valid for one year from the date it was issued.
Delivery
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address, which you provide for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. If you require us to send out your item to a different address after it has been returned then there will be a charge for posting it out again. You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if you would like us to deliver the products directly to the recipient.
My Little Kawan is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays in Malaysia. Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for any lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any). You will be able to track your items using the tracking number we provide you Pos Laju’s tracking website. Do note that there may be a one day delay in delivery statuses.
In the event that we receive bounced parcels, customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. My Little Kawan will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the products, get in touch with us via the form on the contact page or email us at sayhi@mylittlekawan.com. If it is proven to be a fault at our end, you can contact us for an exchange at any time within 7 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Your rights to exchange the products will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of the products whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
- If you have made a mistake in your order or had a change of mind regarding product.
If you exchange an item because of an error on our part, or because it is proven to be defective, we will exchange the item for you. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 10 working days of delivery. We cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
Intellectual Property
The names, logos and photos displayed on this Site are registered and unregistered trademarks of the Site owner. No portion of this Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
User comments, feedback and other submissions
If, at my request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by post, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s Intellectual Property or these Terms of Service.
